  Just ate Christmas dinner at Maxim's. Six courses of outstandingly good food plus wine for 45 Euros each. Superb.

  Quite amazed at the quality of the food, excellent service and wonderful price. Definitely the best meal we have had in our 8 months in Javea. We have owned two restaurants ourselves as husband is a Swiss chef, and we found each course last night to be faultless, well done to the chef and service staff.

  Tried already a few times to get into Maxim but was always fully booked. Now I know why! This place is just excellent. Just try to understand that Maxim and Laura are running this place themselves (probably the youngest ones in Moraira with that quality of food). The food was excellent, the service should be 6 stars, but maximum 5 is possible.... And price quality I am quite sure that this one is unbeatable. Had the salmon tartar and grilled salmon, the brownie with orange cream and 1/2 L of white wine. And that all for 22€ per person! With that price and quality (cooked to perfection), that should be at least in the top 20 of whole Moraira. This place is the future, you will see. Maxim and Laura, keep up the excellent work. You will be part of the big players in the near future.

  The ambiance of this restaurant is superb, the owners and staff are so friendly they always make you feel special. Then there is the food which is cooked and presented impeccably, small free in between course delights which makes the price of 22 Euros menu including wine, well worth a visit.
