    The router struggles to provide a signal no more than 15 feet away, 150 euro's for the cheapest Chinese router!!! Remind me why we live in Spain again?

    Just signed up for their 24mb 4G Unlimited service, this is supposed to be their best/fastest service. In just days of installation we struggle to get 4mb. No one ever answers the phone, Customer service is awful, they have certainly learn't how to be Spanish....Got a problem? Tough!!!

    I have been a customer for many years with this company, the customer service is not what it used to be, now you can not get through by phone only a message promising a callback I have waited two days now, and no callback. Over the two days I have left four messages.

    They supply amongst other things wireless internet and this was the reason for my visit. I have had previous experience with Telitec and their customer service left something to be desired so I hoped for better this time. The router cost a whopping 200€ but was recommended by a neighbour so I went for it along with a 30€/month usage charge. We went over the usage in month one as all our devices updated. I downloaded an app to monitor usage and in month two with just a few days to go we were well within our allowance and the usage figures agreed. The direct debit went through and all was OK until a week later my bank account was hit for another 18€ with no explanation or contact from Telitec. I contacted them and to cut a long story short the customer service was terrible as before. I believe that I have been generous in giving them a 4

    This company is a joke. They sell their product as a 8 Mbit contract but if you get more than 3,5 Mbit you can not complain. On regular basis it drops down to 1,5 Mbit. When you call them you get charged €5 to 6 by your telephone provider. So remember only to contact them by mail. When you have low speed and complain the speed goes up a bit within a few days but it happens every month. 8 Mbit that you buy you will never get. In the summer period when a lot of people are in their houses you can be glad if you get 0,5 to 1 Mbit. During that period they are not able to deliver the speed you bought but if you accuse them of selling more than what they deliver they will credit 50% of your invoice. They should credit 80% since they only deliver 20%.

    I think this company is a joke.. first they charge me 100€ more than their competition, justifying it by saying these are our tarifs... the phone hasn't got internet for whitch I pay for... then no one ever answers the phone in their offices... and finally they expect me to go all the way down to Moraira to get the problem sorted because they sold me a phone that doesn't work. I do not recomend this company to anyone!
